>The 1st DVD in each package ("Redefining Property" or "Defining Property") explains the hows and whys of redefinition/definition and basic principles specifically applied to designing property. They are complete with before and after visuals and clear, easy-to-understand explanations.
>The 2nd DVD in each package ("Redefining Your Home"/"Defining Your Home")shows the definition/ redefinition of an entire property, including curb appeal. We show each space or room separately before redefinition/definition with explanations of what needs to be addressed and why; followed by the after redefinition/definition, showing and explaining what was done, and more importantly, why it was done.

What's different between all of these dual DVD packages?
Kathey Carter, Creative Director for Katchart, explains that, "the basic principles of property design are universal; but, they are applied very differently. For example, for 'staging' the emotional reactions of prospective buyers are what dictate the application of these principles. For 'redefinition' or 'definition', the emotional reactions and desired functionality of the homeowner dictate. In fact, we have titled our 'staging' companion DVD "Staging A Property" as opposed to "Staging Your Home" to emphasize that it is no longer the 'home'; it's now a product the needs to be marketed aggressively."
Art Fisher, CEO of Katchart, further adds, that "the difference between Katchart's "Defining Property" and "Redefining Property" dual DVD packages is that the former was developed for people that have bought new homes or are adding on and want to set them up well, simply and economically, while the latter was developed for people that want to update or makeover a room or space. Although they are not identical, they are similar enough that we don't recommend any customer buy both of these.
